80% of American hate their job. Most of us wish our lives were different. Maybe not extremely different, but different none-the-less. I have worked with people for the last 20+ live into their future and make their dreams come true. I can do the same with you!
I’m a Girl Dad! I have two amazing and wonderfully different girls. I am Married to one of my best friends and we have lived in Nashville for nearly all our lives.
I ran a blog that shared my health journey: FitBy40.blog and I own a CrossFit Gym named CrossFit Donelson. Life change has been my story. I’ve had to do it several times! Along the way I have seen gaps that I desperately wish I had filled along my journey. That’s where this Life Coaching comes in… This program and the accountability I am offering fills in the gaps. I’m here to make sure you succeed for as long as you need me.
